It's Easy to Get Started!
NEW Bosu, Bounce, Dance Cardio, Sculpt and Sweat classes added every week! All you'll need are:
Light Hand and Ankle Weights. We recommend 3, 5 and 8 lbs for Hands and 2 to 3 lbs for Ankles.
Resistance Band. We like the Black Synergee Band.
Sliders. Any kind works!
Want to take your workouts to the next level? You'll need a Bosu Balance Trainer and Jumpsport 350 Trampoline for our BOSU and BOUNCE classes. Additional props used occasionally are Therabands and 9" Pilates Exercise Ball.
