The MVMNT Society method, founded by Natalie Strahorn, is simple – heavily repetitive, low-impact movement using your own body weight or light weights and props for sculpted, lean muscle tone and major calorie burn. Classes are fun, empowering, and music-inspired, flowing seamlessly from start to finish. New classes every week straight from our studio in Alexandria, Virginia.

  • • 3 and 5 lb Hand Weights
  • • 8 - 10 lb Hand Weights (For Sweat)
  • • Resistance Band - We recommend Synergee Black Band
  • • Sliders

  • • 9" Pilates Ball
  • • Bosu Balance Trainer (For BOSU)
  • • Mini Rebounder - We like the JumpSport 350 (For BOUNCE)

It's Easy to Get Started!

NEW Bosu, Bounce, Dance Cardio, Sculpt and Sweat classes added every week! All you'll need are:

Light Hand and Ankle Weights. We recommend 3, 5 and 8 lbs for Hands and 2 to 3 lbs for Ankles.

Resistance Band. We like the Black Synergee Band.

Sliders. Any kind works!
Want to take your workouts to the next level? You'll need a Bosu Balance Trainer and Jumpsport 350 Trampoline for our BOSU and BOUNCE classes. Additional props used occasionally are Therabands and 9" Pilates Exercise Ball.
